If you require services immediately, please do not make a payment online prior to contacting our office. The processing fees that we incur will not be refunded to you should you decide that we cannot meet your immediate requirements and request a refund.

Also, due to overwhelming demand in scheduling, we require 24-hour notice for any cancellations. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions. Our instructors must be paid for any services scheduled that are cancelled with less than 24-hour notice, and therefore you must be charged for them.
